The Kelly McGimsey Foundation was established to honor Kelly McGimsey who passed away on November 2022 from side effects of fibrosing mediastinitis (FM). FM is an exceptionally rare form of lung disease with no standard effective medical therapies available for treatment.
The annual golf tournament was set up to bring Kelly’s closest people together for a day filled with the activities he loved and to raise money that will make an impact in the Shreveport community of which Kelly was a proud member.
